Are sheets and blankets provided?
Sheets blankets and towels are provided for all rooms at no charge.
Are the rooms heated and air conditioned?
Yes, we have central air conditioning and heating systems.
When can I check in?
Check in time is between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Late or any other times of check-in is $10 extra.
What is the check out time?
Check out time is 9:00 AM sharp. All late check-outs are subject to a penalty fee.

We are located across the street from the Minneapolis Institute Of Arts and minutes away from the Walker Art Center.
Is there a curfew?
No, we do not have a curfew. You can come and go as you please.
Do you have storage for my things?
Yes, we do offer limited secured storage on a first come first serve basis. Bring your own lock.
Do you provide any meals?
No, we do not serve food but we do have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator for use at no charge and complimentary coffee and tea. The Minneapolis International Hostel is two blocks off Nicollet Ave, also known as “Eat Street” with a variety of restaurants.
Are the dormitory rooms single sex?
We have mixed-sex dormitory rooms as well as same sex dorms. Be sure to specify which one you would like when making a reservation. We also have dormitory-style rooms available for families and small groups.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We only accept credit cards; Visa and Master Card.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is our policy that there are no refunds. Cancellations are possible only by switching days.
How do I change my current reservation?
Changes can be made by sending us an e-mail or by phone.
Do you have weekly rates?
No, not at this time.
Do you offer long term housing?
Yes, long term housing may be available during the off-peak seasons. Please contact the management for details.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Only street parking on a first come first serve basis.
